Our Services

 

LDS Consultants Inc. provides professional consulting services with expertise in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, and environmental services to support our land development clients. LDS was founded on a “Client First” philosophy, using an approach that has earned us the reputation of being able to tackle the tougher project approval challenges and provide practical solutions with integrity and success.

We are located in London, Ontario, and provide services to Clients throughout Ontario.

Our involvement with Clients can begin as early in the land development process as raw land acquisition, and follow through to due diligence efforts to support land acquisition, site characterization and environmental review, concept development, planning approvals and permitting assistance, detail engineering design, contract administration, and providing inspection and testing services during construction.

It is important to us to understand the needs of our clients.  We strive to offer sound technical advice and value-added services while optimizing our in-house resources and coordinating resources from a broad network of industry connections to help our clients complete their projects with success and with real cost savings.

Initiatives

​

LDS supports staff training and development initiatives and promotes a culture of work-life balance.  All LDS staff are provided with appropriate health and safety training for their positions.

We also support our community through donation and sponsorship opportunities and support our local educational institutions through our involvement in co-op, and internship programs.
